Godt nyttår til alle – og velkommen til et nytt speiderår!
15. januar starter vi opp speidermøtene igjen. Småspeiderne onsdager kl 17-18, og speidere (Troppen) 1830-2000. Troppen sin terminliste finner dere her: https://1langesundsjo.no/?page_id=2008. Småspeiderne har egen liste, denne får dere på første møte. Husk at terminlisten kan endres – følg alltid med i spond.
2025:
Ved oppstart i 2025 teller speidergruppa rett i underkant av 60 medlemmer. Som vanlig har vi max antall i småspeiderne, og vi har fått med noen «foreldreassistenter» for å hjelpe til på møter og andre aktiviteter. Troppen teller ca 25 speidere, her har vi plass til noen flere i enkelte årskull. Stifinnerene vil ha et par onsdager det ikke er møte (29 januar og 5 mars), grunnet andre arrangement.
Årets medlemskontingent er på vei ut i løpet av januar. For speiderne er dette 1.195,- kr for 2025. Av dette går 530,- til Norges Speiderforbund og 265.- til Grenland Krets. Denne summen dekker drift av Norges Speiderfprbund, inklusive forsikringsordningene vi har for medlemmene. Kr 400.- tilbakeføres speidergruppa. Dersom noen ikke kommer til å fortsette i 2025, gi oss beskjed slik at vi kan stoppe medlemskapet før kontingenten sendes ut. Kontingenten må være betalt for å være med på turer og leire.
I 2025 fortsetter vi med mye av de samme oppgavene. Småspeiderne vil følge sitt treningsprogram, mens troppen vil ha enkelte aktiviteter knyttet til landsleiren på Gjøvik i juli. Det vil bli mye utemøter i vinter, og vi starter tidlig med forberedelse til båtsesongen.

Viktige datoer som gjelder store og små:
- 29. januar: Speidergruppas årsmøte med beslutning om aktivitetsprogram for 2025. Forslag til saker må leveres til gruppeleder innen 22 januar
- 14-16 mars: Lifjellturen for troppen. Her MÅ vi ha hjelp fra noen foreldre til å både kjøre og være med på Lifjell den helgen. Gi beskjed til lederne.
- 5. april: Vårdugnad på speiderbrygga for foreldre. Sett av tiden – det blir vårpuss, bunnstoffing og klargjøring for sjøsetting.
- 26-27 april: Kretsbannerkonkurransen / Kampen om Shere Kahns skinn (i Grenland)
- 3. mai: Ryddedugnaden på Langøya
Landsleir Gjøvik 2025:
Årets store hendelse for tropp/rover er Landsleir på Gjøvik 5-12 juli. Alle detaljer er ikke klare ennå, men sett av tiden! Vi kommer til å ha felles buss fra Bamble, og totalprisen lander på ca 4.000 kr pr deltaker. Følg med på www.landsleir.no for informasjon om leiren.
Oppdatering i VIPPS:
Betaling via VIPPS er veldig kjekt, men dessverre ikke så lett å føre i regnskapet. For det første tar Vipps en transaksjonsavgift på ca 2-4% av summen man betaler inn, slik at speidergruppa hele tiden får utbetalt _litt_mindre enn hva dere betaler inn. I tillegg er det vanskelig å finne ut hvilke inntekter som hører til hvor dersom man ikke skriver en tekst på hva det gjelder. For 2025 har vi gjort en endring i vipps, slik at dere må velge en kategori/vare når dere skal betale noe via Vipps. Beløpene står i vipps-appen. Betal da rett beløp og skriv inn navnet på barnet innbetalingen gjelder, så er det litt lettere for oss å holde oversikt.
Innbetaling til større aktiviteter, for eksempel leir blir tatt via bank/faktura. Her må dere også være nøye med å skrive inn fakturanummer slik at vi ser hvem det gjelder.
